A Word about Our PORTRAIT Process
Our goal is to create an image for you that makes a statement of unique character and personality. We believe that the experience of having a portrait made should be an exciting, positive and memorable event.
Our design consultation is included as part of the overall package. Extensive planning is very important to us. The clothing and the location chosen can be vital to the "statement" of the portrait and will enhance its overall impact. As we plan your session, we will discuss intended use of the portrait, where and how it will be displayed. This is a key factor when selecting the mood, style and even the finish of the final presentation.
Pricing will be provided during the design consultation. Due to the custom nature of our work and the unique preferences of our clients we do not have package pricing. We provide a variety of services including:
Because of the nature of our portraiture, a deposit equal to 50% of the study/assignment fee is required to reserve an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment and/or request for services. The balance of the study/assignment fee is required at the time of the study/assignment. Originals are studio property and prints are priced separately. We can provide you with a variety of session times and we can assist you in selecting the best time for your particular needs.
To aid you in the selection of your portrait images in our studio, you will have a separate post production preview appointment to view your proofs. Please be sure that your decision-makers are present for this viewing, as your portraits represent a sizable investment for you. We want your decisions to be the correct ones. There is no charge for your initial preview appointment, however additional appointments will generate additional charges. Portrait originals to not leave the studio at any time. If you have a question about this, please ask prior to your session so there will be no misunderstanding at a later date.
Since our product is custom production, we ask that you be prepared to pay for your order at the placement time of your order, if other arrangements are needed we will do our best to work with you.
